This was a project managment role of a 2 bedroom stucco home in Wanganui. The brief was to refresh the tired interior and exterior and make it more comfortable for today’s way of living. The house had been a rental and was to go on the market once I had the renovation completed.

I had my team of tradesman transform the home with new paint and wallpaper through out the interior. New lighting including rewiring of all electrics, new bathroom layout with new fixtures and fittings, A new kitchen was installed and we increased the size of the kitchen by removing the hot water cylinder and its cupboard and replaced it with an infiniti hot water system.  For the exterior we added a fabulous deck which now doubles the living space and repainted the exterior giving the home a fresh modern feel. I had to work with the existing carpet  and I am happy to say we once again came in on budget. The house has since been sold.
